Scott Jolley has over 23 years of Medicare reimbursement experience in the healthcare industry. This experience has been in three areas, working in a "big four" CPA firm, as the CFO for a chain of healthcare providers, and as founder and principal of Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting.

While a large part of his practice is focused on appeals of denied claims, he has significant experience preparing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and strategic planning. Mr. Jolley has authored or co-authored several Medicare reimbursement articles in various trade publications. He has made presentations on various Medicare reimbursement topics including basic Medicare reimbursement concepts, appeal procedures, and home office operations.
